Had to cook 32 hamburger patties for family dinner. Too many to grill. Broiled them in the oven using these handy sheets. Both fit side-by-side in the oven. Each tray rack held 8 patties. The trays catch the grease and the racks are easy-to-clean. Kept the cooked patties warm in a countertop convection oven.

Very durable and will last for years to come. Very pleased with it so far. You will have to soak the wire rack overnight as expected, I do not want any non-stick chemicals on my food nor do i want any flaking of non-stick materials on my food. I love the stainless steel!!

Awesome, using it to bake bacon, far better than frying it with less grease messes to clean up… Put foil down to cover the pan, spray Pam on the wire rack. Only have to clean the rack, cleans easier if sprayed with Pam, and easily remove the aluminum foil then carefully fold it up and throw it away holding the grease in the folds. Bacon is nice wavy unburnt and makes an unbeleavable BLT…. An update to cleaning the wire rack, buy a dish cleaning brush for it helps getting all the parts on the racks cleaned. Bought extra thick bacon and I had to bake it longer, subsequently the bacon grease gets cooked on and needs a brush to get into the nooks and crannies when cleaning. I also cooked some bone in pork chops, worked great on this baking rack… I like eating pork chops like fryed chicken, hold it by the bone and eat it with your fingers. Sweet corn is in season, eating pork chops and corn on the cob.

The Trays are exactly 12″ x 16″ and fit the Anova Precision Oven.
Many times items from China are made to centimeter size and in descriptions here on Amazon the size will be rounded up or down to an even inch size. Not so here. The trays are exactly 12″ x 16″. As my title says they fit the Anova oven perfectly. The stainless steel trays have a beautiful mirror finish with well curled edges, and there’s no warping.The grid-like cooling racks will fit inside the Ewfen trays, but they don’t fit in the Anova tray that comes with the oven. The Anova tray has more rounded corners and is just a fraction smaller. There is a little strangeness with cooling racks. Four of the wire feet that are on the bottom of the racks (the ones towards the sides) don’t line up with the corrugations on the bottom of the tray – they sit on the tray, kind of mid-way between the elevated parts of the tray and the channels in between. But the two center feet do line up with the center channel. Not a deal breaker, the racks still set in the trays OK, just not an exact fit. I don’t think food placed on the racks will be destabilized by the slight mismatch of feet and channels.When used as a cooling rack on the counter, they’re fine although there’s a slight warp. For the price I give the trays 10/10. The grid racks are pretty good too – maybe they rate 8.5/10.
