I have a lot of baking pans, but I was missing larger square pans. I found the the Barlket Baking Sheet Pan with two pans and Iâm glad this gap is now filled.The pan is sturdy and well-constructed, with a good weight that sits securely on the oven rack without warping. The edges are rolled and smooth, which not only adds to the durability but also makes handling the pan safer and more comfortable. It distributes heat evenly, which is obviously necessary for getting good results. Iâve used it for cookies, brownies, deep dish pizza, roasted vegetables, and the results have been great each time. There were no noticeable hot spots, and everything cooked evenly.While the pans come in ample sizes, 9×9 and 11×11, they are relatively shallow. They are not really cake pans as sides for successful cakes should be at least two inches. Cleanup is generally straightforward. The nonstick surface wipes clean easily with a sponge, and I while I do prefer handwashing when there are sticky foods, they do well in the dishwasher as well. I avoid using scrubbers that might scratch the surface.While the pan has held up well so far, Iâve become very aware of not scratching it with utensils or cleaning. Stay away from metal! I do like these pans for their versatility for cooking different foods and they are really are easy to keep looking like new.
