I have several aluminum baking pans but I know that aluminum is not good for you so I have been changing to stainless steel. These pans are a great size and easy to clean. The non stick pans are also bad for you and never last very long, as the non stick surface peels off. These stainless pans are so easy to clean and also fit in the side of my dishwasher.

If they are in the oven for any length of time or at a higher temp you can hear a ting in the oven and the pain will like warp a bit then go back to its original shape. It doesnât bother me and hasnât affected the quality of my food at all. Definitely worth the money! They are also extremely easy to clean as long as you have a pan scraper.

Holds up really well in my super-extra-hot dishwasher. No rusting, discoloration, or warping at all. The shiny mirror finish is fun. I love that there really isn’t any aluminum. I won’t use it for broiling or probably anything much over 400°, so can’t comment on that. I’m used to cooking on nice heavy, thick baking sheets — and I do a lot of baking, so I was nervous that these pans were too thin. They are thinner and lighter than I’m used to, but not cheap. My rolls baked up evenly. Bottoms are nice and even and similar on color to the tops. There was a slight difference in cookies, but not much, and most definitley not the scorched bottoms you get on cheap pans. I’ve been very pleasantly surprised at how nicely these bake despite their lighter weight and absence of aluminum. I want to get a couple for my little mom because heavy pans are getting harder and harder for her to work with. They are truly a mirror finish like pictured in the writeup, so appropriate for use as a serving tray, but after a few uses we are seeing some utensil marks (we haven’t been careful about that). It’s really not problematic for us, but if I were planning to use them to serve, like they show in the write up, I would be careful about cutting with metal knives. Overall, I’m really happy with them.
