Great pans!
I purchased these pans for the Emeril Lagasse French door counter top oven- they slide perfectly in the tracks. They wash up beautifully in the dishwasher or by hand. The quality is solid- they are great pans at a great price.

Not sufficient for our use, but appears to be a decent product.
Overall, the quality of this product seemed ok, but we ended up returning it due to the grid being farther below the edge of the tray than we wished. To get better airflow for air frying we want to either use a grid on its own as a rack or have a grid that sits flush with the holding pan. For reference, we were hoping to use this with our Emeril 360 French door air fryer (26 qt capacity if I recall correctly).The holding pan is a good idea for foods that shed crumbs or drip coating/fat/etc.

The Most Awesome Pan I Now Own
I have struggled to fry bacon my entire married life of almost 50 years. This pan has been a bacon frying life changer for me. The bacon strips lay on the screen perfectly and donât lose their shape. The grease drips to the bottom. Itâs easy to clean the grease with a paper towel then wash with hot soapy water. Viola! Amazing! Looking brand new each time after repeatedly frying bacon perfectly each time.
