These are the best quality baking sheets Iâve ever owned (and Iâve owned a lot). They clean like a literal dream and cook so evenly. They donât warp at all which makes a big difference in how the food cooks.

Do not wash in the dishwasher
Great pans but they have rolled sides. There are openings at each end. When you place them in the dishwasher, they come out with water trapped inside and rust water drips out. Wash by hand and stand on the ends and they are fine
