I purchased this item because I was looking for something small to go into my convection oven that was stainless steel and easy to clean. I currently use them the sturdiness I would say is okay and the baking ability is phenomenal however I noticed that after several uses they begin to bend a little bit. Either way I still love them and I’m going to keep them.

I have recently decided to replace my 30+ year old aluminum cookie sheets and upgrade to stainless steel. Not only it is safer to bake/cook with, also a much cleaner product. With all the health concern information regarding aluminum, this was a no brainer for me. I bake delightful cookies and treats for my loved ones and use organic high quality ingredients, why would I skimp and not see it all the way through. These sheets are heavy duty and the racks are a bonus and come in so handy when getting a raised cooling spot for the cookies and treats. I also use my sheets and racks to dry my fruits and vegetables once I have cleaned them prior to placing in jars for refrigeration and or storing long term. I purchased the 18″ and the 10″ size sets and am very happy with them. Pricing I feel is good, though on Prime days and such you can get an extra savings. I look forward to many years of baking with these and feeling even better about the baked goods I share with others. Enjoy!
