This pan was purchased for my Ninja Woodfire outdoor grill. It does fit, but my complaint comes from using the smoking feature caused the pan to completely discolor wherever there was no food. Didnât come off after washing. I can see now why all the pans used with the Ninja Woodfire outdoor grill are dark colored. This can be used in any oven and if not using it to smoke meals it wonât be an issue for you.

Initial quality is excellent. Unboxing was literally a “whoa” experience. The texture is especially nice.This was our first attempt at deep dish. My wife used a sourdough crust recipe she found online. The outcome was very good for our first try. Crust was nicely done and golden brown on the bottom. We will definitely be putting this pan to good use.We are obviously not experts, but the edge of the pizza was stuck very securely to the pan. It was especially difficult to get the first piece out. I would certainly not call it non-stick. It did clean rather easily, so perhaps it was user error.We cooked a second pizza in a 40-year-old Pizza Hut pan. Evidently my wife’s family bought it when one of their restaurants closed. They performed almost identically.I have no idea why this pan is significantly more expensive than models with thousands of positive reviews. Perhaps aluminum is better than steel and carbon steel. For now, I’m pleased. Though if I were spending my own money I’m not sure I would pay a premium.
