Used it once for our Thanksgiving turkey, I was really excited to find such a nice quality pan with its own roasting rack via Amazon! Unfortunately the quality after ONE use is worthless, I will never be able to use it again. The bottom of the pan is scratched to hell just from simply placing it in and out of the oven a couple times to baste the turkey, so ok, if it were just the bottom I could live with it. But the roasting rack the pan is DESIGNED TO BE USED WITH scraped off the coating of the roasting pan! Huge waste of money and huge disappointment. I’m a big fan of Ayesha and own both her cookbooks, so I’m really surprised this is a product she stands behind.
