Excellent Pan
My wife said I love-love-love this pan. I said why. She said it heats evenly, it’s big, its deep. We cooked 8 chicken thighs with sauce and veggies in it. Its got a good non stick finish on it. It cleaned up easily. I like the handle and the helper handle. lets face it, with that much food in it, you need that helper handle to pick it up. A great pan.

I love these pots
I was looking for cookware that was really nonstick. A year ago, I purchased 1 4quart pot and what made me love it , when I make Mac & Cheese I make a cheese sauce and no matter how low the flame it always stuck to the pot. When I made my cheese in this pot and poured it over the macaroni, it slide out nothing stuck to the pot, I was sold. My Christmas gift this year was the enter collection of these pots , threw my other pots outâ¦.ð

Great choice
This pan is pretty, big, and the non-stick element works great. It’s made cooking so much easier. Only complaint is that the silver handle to help you pick it up gets hot, so just use an oven mitt.

Nice and sturdy pan!
I purchased this pan to replace another 12 inch deep sauté pan due to the lid falling off my counter top and shattering into pieces. I am very pleased with this purchase. I made a meal in this pan yesterday and I had no issues. The handle stayed pretty cool. The dish I prepared was just under 30 minutes. The part of the handle near the cooking surface and the helper handle got a little warm but that’s to be expected. The clean up was breeze. (I hand washed it) The pan has a nice weight to it but no where near as heavy as a cast iron pan. The helper handle is a plus! So far so good!

Best pan I ever purchased
This pan surprised me. I have purchased a lot of nonstick ans but the quality of this one surpasses them all. I have had this for many months now and it cleans beautifully, cooked evenly and well. Love the lid. It is heavy to lift but highly recommend. Expensive compared to other non stick pans but worth it. Also love the depth. It is deep which I wanted.
