I initially received 4 white dishes without the colored rims, but the seller quickly resent the correct ones. This is one of the best responses I have ever received from a seller. Not only did they acknowledge the mistake but the replacements arrived so quickly. Really excellent customer service. And I could not be more pleased with these dishes. I often bake quiches and freeze them, but my existing pie plates made too much for two people, and I didnât want to refreeze the other half. These individual dishes, while not only pretty, now lets me bake several, and just defrost two at a time. Iâm sure I will be ordering more and trying my hand at pies as well. I made 8 individual Quiche Lorraine yesterday, 2 for night and 6 for the freezer and these dishes worked perfectly.
