This set of knives is beautiful and very well functioning so far. I’ve only had them a month, but they arrived very sharp, in excellent condition, and so pretty to set out on a countertop. I was skeptical because the reviews are mixed, but so far I am impressed with the set and glad I purchased it. I wash them by hand and dry immediately. I would not risk putting them in a dishwasher, but I never have put my cutting knives in a dishwasher.
My only complaint would be that the little sharpener attached to the side of the knife block isnt really very functionable. But I dont care because I have a knife sharpener that I prefer to use anyway. That wasnt a selling point for me.
This set lived up to my expectations. I buy a lot on Amazon but I rarely review. I did this because I wanted people like myself to get the info they might be looking for when buying.
