I donât use these as ramekins, but instead as candle jars. They work perfect and look super cute. If you use a torch you can melt excess wax after the candle is gone, wipe out the jar, run it through the dishwasher and reuse for the next candle you want to make too.

Lava Cake Here We Come!
Never made lava cake before so purchased these for that reason. They got hot hot hot in the oven so it was a bit of a learning curve tipping them over without harming myself! The black and white go well with any other colors in my kitchen. I will make lava cake again with them. So good!

small but nice little ramekins for making desserts
I really liked the look of these ramekins, so I decided to give them a try. I’m happy to say that they look as nice in real life as the do in the photos. They are nice and heavyweight, and seem very well made. I haven’t had a chance to cook with them yet, but I did give them an initial run through the dishwasher and they came out fine.The only comment that I would have is that they are pretty small â I don’t think I really had a good concept of how large 100ml is. For the record, it’s a little less than three and a half ounces. Great for making mini-desserts, but make sure that they’re going to be what you want before ordering!Otherwise, though, I would definitely recommend these.

These seem sturdy enough to use more often, but I like them too much to risk dropping one so I only bring them out for special occasions.I bought two sets so I’d have 12 for Christmas dinner with the family, and used them for Crème Brule. They are probably a little small for some people but they are perfect for a little Brule dish or other small desserts.
