More like a pan than wok
Nice coating. Easy to cook with, and the high sides make it especially useful for vegetables that have a lot of mass that cook down to much smaller volume. But it’s not really a good wok, more like a good pan. A good wok can withstand high temps with repeated use, but I hesitate to do that for this pan. Steamer is handy for buns.

Great low temperature cooking wok

Non-stick so not for stir frying
Let me start by saying that if I were a seasoned cook, I would have understood the limitations of a non-stick Wok. In reading the directions, they make it very clear that you should not use it with higher temperatures. The higher temperatures required for stir frying will damage the non-stick coating. This wok is intended for cooking delicate foods like eggs, fish, or tofu, making sauces or noodle dishes, or steaming vegetables with the steamer insert. So, I’ll be out looking for a good Wok for stir frying. Having said that, I believe there are practical uses for this one and it does appear to be decent quality. Additional positives include the fact that it was well packaged for shipping and came undamaged. And, the bags the wok and accessories were packaged in are great for storage, keeping other pans laid on top of it from scratching the non-stick coating. The silicone ladle and spatula are a nice addition to my kitchen. And the wood handles make it easy to remove the lids and wok without getting burned. So, for its intended purposes, it’s not a bad cooking option. But if you want to stir fry, a carbon steel or cast iron wok would be a better choice.

Nice wok
This is super nice quality and the packaging is amazing. Each piece was wrapped in a bag so it would not scratch. The clear lid is a huge upgrade for me so I can see what I’m cooling. It’s a but heavy but so worth it because of thr high quality of the metal.
