Works wonderfully to sear and pan fry a steak
Cleanup was much easier than expected and did not harm the pan due to using heat high enough to get a good sear. I recommend this pan, I have already seared 4 to 5 steaks and would have ruined other non-stick pans.

    So far, so good!
I bought two of the Analon skillets for a young, aspiring home chef, who had researched extensively about safe non-stick cookware. This was his educated choice, and he is very happy with the pieces. After sharing meals with this talented young man over months, I decided to replace my 8 and 10 inch skillets with Analon. The checkerboard interior is a bit off-putting, but easy to get used to. I find it does not cause sticking, even for omelets. So far, I am very happy with my purchase, especially knowing that it has the safest non-stick surface.[EDIT: Those unhappy with their Analon skillets should review Coffee Bean’s comments. I followed the same process, using a light coating of oil, and slowly heating the pan, with good results. I did try a beaten egg without oil, and left the stuck-on part in the pan until it was cold, and it was easily removed when I washed the skillet.]

    Very nice pan
The pan is heavy and beautiful. It heats perfectly evenly and cleans up well – however, food (like scrambled eggs) does still stick to the pan. I have yet to buy a pan, no matter the expense, that does not stick at all. This is the best one so far as it does heat evenly.

    What An Awesome Pan.
I must admit I was a little apprehensive in purchasing this product. Considering all the hype surrounding it. But it does everything it states it will as a kitchen sauté pan and more. I am very please with this!

    Food sticks to bottom
I have been using these pans for around 9 months now and I agree with the heat distribution and easy clean features but the food sticks to the pan making it impossible to turn over eggs, sandwiches, potatoes, etc. without loosing some of it to the pan and resulting problems. I find this really frustrating and, sadly, may have to replace the pans if I don’t find a solution to this issue.

    Works as Advertised
There were a couple reviews that said eggs stick but not so for me. I usually use Canola oil when frying eggs and had no issues doing so. I like that oil stays in the middle instead of running to the side like other non-stick pans. Also, unlike my other small non-stick pans, this one is solid enough to sit securely on the burner instead of tilting over from the weight of the handle. I just bought the 10″ & 12″ ones. A little expensive so I hope they hold up for many years.

I like the weight. Just a tad lighter than my triply stainless pans. I love the nonstick qualities. The handles feel good. They heat up quick and evenly. Nice pans.
