My wife uses this every day.
I am a lucky man, and my wife cooks everyday. This is our 3rd pan of this particular brand. I like this one the best since the bolts to the handle are flush with the rest of the pan. This makes cleaning it a breeze. Literally just wipe it out after she’s done cooking, and run some water over it. We have had these in the past, and they will eventually “burn out” and get more difficult to clean. The pan itself is fine, but things will eventually start to stick to it. Keep in mind that this is with everyday use for several years, and with teenagers also using it. I have been very pleased with the quality of these pans, and will continue to purchase this brand.

Tried carbon steel and cast ironâ¦love this wok!
Fell in love with Chinese cooking and wanted to mimic the pros with a carbon steel wok. Every thing stuck and I didnât have the patience to see if seasoning would remedy this. Tried light cast iron. Better but meat still stuck badly. Finally shopped around for the best smaller non stick wok and Iâm so glad I chose this one. Just right for 2 people. Super easy to clean and a joy to cook in. Highly recommended

Love it! Love it! Lightweight and can be used on induction stove. So versolite. We use it literally for everything for a year now and it’s still like new.

Love Analon
I have other Analon pans and find they cook the best and last the longest. This bronze color looked like fun. It was!I bought another Analon pan in a different size.

Worth the Price
It is so hard to find a 10-inch wok, let alone a non-stick wok of the quality that Analon delivers. And, unlike the few other pans similar to this one, it is compatible with induction stoves. This pan is so handy. It is great for stir-fries, sauteing vegetables, sauces, and more. The shape is somewhere between a good chef’s pan and a wok; very versatile. The non-stick performance is superb, and the pan is very heavy-duty. If you care for it properly, it is sturdy enough to last many years. That sturdiness comes at a cost. The pan requires more pre-heating than I am used to, at least on a gas stove. However, forewarned is forearmed. Allow a bit more time to pre-heat before you add food.As usual, Analon has delivered exceptional quality. Admittedly, it is expensive, but the quality is worth it.If they only made an 8-inch version, as well…

Great Nonstick Wok Style Pan
Great wok pan with just the right amount of flat area, side slope, not too heavy, comfortable handle, and sized for two person cooking. The non stick coating seems to be holding up well with non metal tools. I donât clean my nonstick pots in a dishwasher. This is one of my go to pans for most stove top recipes.

After trying 3 other pans, settled on this one
I’m one of Those People who doesnât want to spend a dime more than is necessary but still expects high-quality.In this particular case, I initially ordered a 10-inch T-Fal pan. However, it had a scratch on the top of the rim. I promptly returned it for a replacement, but it too came with a scratch on the top of the rim. It was packaged well, so I donât think it came from the manufacturer like that. So, I returned that too.Next, I tried the PranzoElite pan. I read good reviews, and thought Iâd give it a try. But, while it said it was 10-inch, it was actually 11-inches, which was annoying since I still had a 10-inch lid that I wanted to use. Also, the PranzoEliteâs bottom wasnât fully stainless steel, so it seemed to only work on one of my induction burners.I finally decided that it just wasnât worth my time driving back and forth to the UPS store to try and save a few bucks and got this pan. And Iâm glad I did.First of all, Iâm glad that those poisonous substances were not used for this pan; thatâs not optional. This panâs full stainless steel bottom easily cooks on any of my induction burners, having no problems activating them.It appears very nicely made and is aesthetically pleasing. The stainless steel and brass-colored design looks nice together. The handle and pan seem pretty thick, and didnât transfer any noticeable heat.I also like how, where the handle is riveted, itâs coated with a non stick surface there too; a lot of pans donât do that and, thus, over time get a little grimy, in which case youâd have to take a metal pad to clean them and thus possibly scratch your nonstick pan. But not this one.Iâll adjust this review if it fails me in the near future. However, for now, Iâm pretty happy with it overall, and look forward to using it for years to come.

Another great sauce pan works well and easy to use

Non stick has worked well (I use non-metal utensils). It’s a bit heavy due to the thick bottom. the handle stays cool but the handle on the lid gets hot.Overall I’m happy with it.

This wok is the perfect size for stir frying for two/three people. The thick base helps ensure even heating. The non-stick coating seems to be quite slick and durable as I have been using it 3 or 4 times a week for a few months now. The pan is also much lighter than full size woks which makes using it and cleaning it a breeze. Quality cookware at a cheap price. Highly recommend it.

Love this frying pan. Nothing sticks. Easy to clean. Just have to get used to not cooking on high.
