I had my doubts, but was amazed at how quick the results when dicing garlic. I probably wouldn’t have purchased this if I knew how to chop and minced like a real Chef. I am thrilled to have added this kitchen must have amongst my other utensils.

I had seen this advertised for some time and I finally decided to try it. The traditional garlic press is like a nut-cracker â put the garlic clove one-at-a-time in the press and squeeze. It works, but cleanup is hard and frustrating, trying to clean the little holes in the bottom of the press. With the garlic masher it is much easier. The large rocker press is wide open to clean and so much easier to clean with the brush and running water.I did find quickly that trying to press a complete garlic clove is difficult. It can be done, but it takes effort. It is easier to cut it into 2 or 3 smaller pieces and then the effort to crush the clove works much faster and easier.The tube peeler works okay. It does keep the garlic juice off your fingers as you peel the skin off the garlic clove.I am now looking for new recipes that ask for fresh crushed garlic.

The item is easy to use and does a great job of crushing the garlic; however, I find it difficult to clean after use. I tend to only use if I need to crush a large amount because the clean up is too troublesome for just a clove or two.
