I reach for this bowl more than my others. I like that the bowl is deep and not too big. And itâs a little heavy so it doesnât move around too much while Iâm mixing.

From a seller I had the most excellent customer service from I wanted a sturdy bowl I could use for many different things and that’s exactly what this is
This bowl was labelled as having 1 gal capacity on the product page headline, but that is wrong. In the fine print the capacity is only 2.37 litres ie significantly less.
