I may be at fault here. It’s necessary to put the silicone molds on a cookie sheet because of the difficulty taking out of over. Silicone works well but doesn’t have structure needed when taking out of the oven.

These are great, I made mini strawberry cheesecakes and they came out amazing. Did not stick or burn at all, super easy cleanup after. They are, however, a little bit flimsy due to the silicone material so if you’re transferring it to another surface be sure to grab them carefully with both hands lol.

I tried one of these and liked it so much this is my second one so that I can make a dozen muffins or cupcakes. I don’t have to use grease, I don’t have to use cupcake holders and the baking is nice and even. As soon as you turn them upside down the muffins or cupcakes fall right out. No sticking.

Used today love the way my egg bites cooked and just slid out of cups Only thing is how do you pick it up after you filled the cups I ended up putting the muffin pan on a sheet pan for my second batch I guess that is the way to do itbut the pan IS GREAT! Oh yes I sprayed the cups before filling so the clean up was like SELF CLEANING
