Pretty good, I use this to bake cakes and stuff, especially easy when I got lazy and want to just microwave cakes. Perfect portion for just me. I wanted these to make the eggs in a muffin tin without a muffin tin! I only make 2 and hate using a muffin pan that has 6 or more openings. I can use these and bake them in my air oven now! perfect! They cooked beautifully and were easy to remove from the souffle dishes. I love them!
