Great for baking sourdough
These have been great for baking sourdough. I stack them on top of each other to help with steam retention. So far the have held up well to both handwashing and the dishwasher.

The pans are great! The only issue is that one came with some weird rusty stuff in it? I tried scrubbing it and it wonât come off?

My husband uses these pans to bake whole-wheat bread every day. He says they’re the best pans he’s had because the bread doesn’t stick at all. He just turns the pan over, and the loaf falls right out. The pan is so clean, he really could use it again without washing it (he gives it a quick rinse). The bread comes out the way it’s supposed to after baking at the usual temperature for the usual time.

Very Nice Pans
I’m very happy with these pans, the quality is good and nothing has stuck to them. I watch many recipe videos and they’re always spraying or greasing the pans and I never do that and haven’t had a problem. I watched a video where the host was an instructor at a baking school and she was touting their American Pan bread pans and how they’ve been using them for years and nothing sticks to them, then she proceeds to spray the pan with cooking spray.

Je fais un pain tous les deux jours et si nécessaire deux, des pains compliqués mélanges d’anciennes graines tel qu’épeautre, sarrasin, avec des farines de lin, et d’autres graines, j’ai besoin d’une cuisson à 240° puis à 200° et dès réception ces moules n’ont pas chômé et jusqu’à présent très satisfait une cuisson complète et uniforme alors qu’avec un Pyrex de la même taille, j’étais obligé de compléter pour que le bas cuise.
