Super nonstick
These pans and cooling racks are just what I needed. They are reasonable priced and so far seem good quality. They are the right size for baking cookies and sheet pan recipes. I baked a crunchy sticky topping yesterday that slid easily off with no residue. I love when cleanup is easy!

Perfect, and I bake a lot….
I make bagels and baguettes every single week. These are sheer perfection, make great crusts, just as good as my stones, and they’re solid and heavy. Better than my circulon or Cuisinart pans… In fact I think they’re made by the same manufacturer as the Cuisinart pans. Don’t warp.

These pans are a good size and clean up very easily. I use them for bacon in the oven and have found that the cooking time is quite a bit longer than a darker cookie sheet (from 25 minutes to well over 40 for the same doneness)

Easy baking
I finally replaced old rusted sheet pans I used with greasy food / cooking and Iâm so happy with these sheet pans. They are nonstick, wash well, the size is an accurate half sheet size, they donât discolor with food items or washing. I hope these last a long time but I will definitely look for these again next time I need baking sheets.

Quality pans
I was worried that these would be flimsy, cheap pans, but nope–they’re great!The pans are a good weight and bake evenly. I’ve been baking cookies for the holidays and I have no complaints.(The cooling racks are handy too!)

I wasn’t expecting anything great, but these baking sheets are quite good. They’re somewhat hefty, don’t feel cheap and are a great size. The cooling racks with them makes them well worth the money. I got the silicone mats that are supposed to fit these and it’s a perfect matchup, though the mats aren’t quite wide enough to fit the full sheet.

These baking sheets and racks are a fine offering, but if you read “material: aluminum”, it would be wrong to assume that they are made of aluminum. They are steel and the closest thing to aluminum might be the color.
