These spatulas are perfect for my cooking and baking needs. They are firm enough to stir thick chili and keep the bottom of a pot of cheese sauce from scorching. Now I can get all of my pans and mixing bowls thoroughly scraped out with no waste and easily push down batter & heavy dough in the stand mixer bowl. I have the set in black to go with my Onyx Black Kitchen Aid appliances, a wipe down in hot soapy water and they are good to go again and there has never been a problem with color leeching, staining or odor transfer. I keep them in my primary kitchen drawer because they are my go-to most days – good bye flimsy, floppy spatulas!
