Best pans for me
I like the bake a lot so these pans are great for me the quality is excellent they’re easy to clean the size is great I will buy more of these in bigger size and they’re easy to use.

Good size, medium/light weight multipurpose pan
I have rimless air gap cookie sheets and I love those for ensuring cookies don’t get too brown & hard on the bottom. But for bread baking, a rimmed aluminum sheet pan is the gold standard. It has more even heat distribution, can withstand higher temperatures than nonstick pans, and makes for a nice brown bottom. Plus your forcacia and sheet pan pizza will thank you for the rims.There was one very small, shallow ding/dent on one of the two pans even though they were very well packaged. This doesn’t bother me much & it’s the only reason I gave 4 stars. Overall they are nice and sturdy, a good weight & will last a long time if cared for properly. Try not to scratch it.Many of my pans get a little rusty if I don’t dry them right away. That’s normal. Use steel wool. Or wash them while the oven is cooling down, wipe them down, then pop them in the still-warm oven for a final dry. Easy cleanup.The baking capacity or useable area of the larger size is pretty much the same as my full-size rimless cookie sheets. A little bigger.I didn’t really need two of these, but couldn’t pass up the bundle deal. 🙂

Fits perfectly in my Oster convection oven
I needed some baking sheets for my countertop Oster convection oven for making keto snacks. These fit perfectly and are easy to clean if used with parchment paper. Dishwasher safe and no rust.

Not 9″ x 13″ inside the pan
Tray measures only 12.5″ x 8.5″ inside, not 13″ x 9″. Only at the rim is it 13″ x 9″.Doesn’t match a standard cookie sheet pan that has an inside measurement of 13″ x 9″, and 13.75″ x 9.75″ at the rim.A standard silicone mold is 12.9″ x 8.6″ and overlaps the edges.Photos show the shortage of the aluminum pan, compared to a standard quarter size pan and mold.Any standard mold will tilt up at one end, because of the lack of room inside the tray, leading to spills.
