Perfect!
This drip tray is actually a more sturdy & a abetter quality tray then what came with the grill!! Hereâs the backstory: for Motherâs Day 2016, my son gifted me a really nice 5 burner grill with a side burner. Over the course of seven years the drip tray rusted out to the point it fell through! The grill otherwise is in great condition. I considered buying a new one gas grill, when someone suggested just replacing the tray. This model grill is no longer sold and the manufacturer has limited replacement parts. I shopped Amazon for an equivalent replacement. This item had good reviews, but didnât list my grill as a compatible model. Probably because itâs an older grill. Decided to take a chance, since it is adjustable. It was 100% the right decision. It was very easy to assemble, probably took 4 minutes. Itâs heavy duty material and the drip cup is excellent quality. It was incredibly simple to adjust to my grill. I believe this will last at least another 7 years, thereby saving me the trouble & expense of purchasing a new grill!!!

I was literally looking at buying a new Bar B Que cause the pan rusted out. Im glad I did a little research and found this replacment. I didnt know they sold em. Saved me 250 bux from buying a new grill over at wally world.I suggest getting a grill cover aswell because the reason my old pan rusted out was from rain and morning dew. Found one on amazon for 20 bux.

Cheaper than the OEM option but just OK
Like every other person who has bought a Dyna Glo grill, my drip pan (as well as heat shields and grates) rusted out in about 2 years.I ordered the larger of the 2 pans for my 4 burner grill and it fits snugly without the need to expand it. It is not packaged the greatest – the corners of mine were bent. Easily fixed with a pliers. It also does not fit together well – one side snapped together perfect but the other side gapped slightly. It is a drip tray so cosmetics are not a big deal but still disappointing. The grease catch is positioned 90 degrees from the Dyna Glo so that is less convenient but not a showstopper. The countersunk features for it are being drawn too deep for the steel used so there is cracking/tearing occurring at the edge of the hole. Not a huge deal for what it’s intended to do but definitely does not give the impression of quality. I also replaced the outer countersunk M4 screws with button head screws.The steel is just galvanized like the original so it will likely rust as quickly if you choose to do nothing. I painted all the parts with 2 coats of high heat paint – once prior to assembly and then once after assembly. Hoping to get another two years out of the grill (replaced grates and shields as well). Time will tell how well this holds up.

Seems sturdy, easy to assemble
Arrived timely, seems sturdy enough. Directions mentioned removing plastic film, but there was no film n it I could see, even took a lighter to it… Was missing one hex nut and bolt but no big deal. Also my grill is a Dyna glo model DGF510SBP, 5 burner, which takes a grease tray of 28.5 to 29 inches so order the 30 ( the one that extends up to 30); they listed my model as taking the 27 which is not correct.

Well it fits and is half the price of other options
The initial impression was this thing is sharp and flimsy. It was bent so I had to hammer it out a little to get the grease catcher to fit in itâs slot. It came with no instructions so I referred to the pictures customers posted. Once I got it put together it fit nicely in my 3-burner Dyna-glo. Doesnât seem like 100% protection from grease but Iâll keep an eye on it. Overall Iâll give it three stars because I paid less than 50% of what a better quality catch tray would have cost me. A bargain isnât going to be as good as OEM in most cases. Iâm happy, itâs summer and I grill like a maniac. Hope this helps you.
