I love this whisk, and I will happily stan for all-clad.
An ex of mine once left my All-clad stock pot in the backyard for days in the winter. It survived, and I still use it years later. Their stuff is quality, and I got a great deal here. This whisk replaced a series of whisks I kept throwing away, when the cheap things would burst suddenly and become worthless. It has been not only going strong, but also seems to be easier to use – the shape of the handle is perfect for me, whether quickly flicking the whish in some eggs, creaming softened butter and sugar, or mixing very thick cookie doughs. It also seems easier to wash, than the balloon whisks I’ve used in the past. Part of this is not assuming it will fall apart, and the rest is just how good quality the steel is, it feels things wipe off more easily.

Stiff wires – solid nicely weighted handle – whisks perfectly
Thereâs a special place in hell for whisks that leak water from the handle – and most of them do. This sturdy model does not gather water in the handle and goes into the dishwasher. The shape of the whisk head seems like it might be too small but actual use shows excellent performance. The wires are stiff, the handle is thick, nicely weighted and easy to grip: I hope it lasts because itâs a very good whisk!

Itâs All Clad
Itâs what I expected for the price point and brand. Firm medium/slim whisk, the handle is designed so itâs easier to hold in your hand (kind of like a macaroni noodle but wider I guess). I would almost never place this in a dishwasher, so I dunno how that would go even if itâs labeled dishwasher safe. Iâve used this to make custard in a calphalon nonstick sauce pans and it cause zero damage and was pretty easy to clean. The tip is pretty congested of course, but thatâs a whisk for you.

I make eggs and I stir them before scrambling them in the pan. This whisk is perfect
I love my new whisk. It’s a bit pricey and totally worth the money spend. I will be recommending this to others in my life. I am satisfied.

Not bad
On the expensive side as far as whisks go. Doesn’t do anything different or better than my $2 discount store whisk does. Mainly I use it to impress people when they see it hanging in my outdoor kitchen. Gives women I’m dating the impression I know what I’m doing. All Clad kitchen utensils are chick magnets

Best whisk I’ve ever used
I like this whisk so much, I bought a second one for my girlfriend so when I cook at her place I don’t have to use her janky ones.

I’ve just treated myself to these luxury pots, and even though they are a bit on the heavy side and my wrists suffered at first, I can’t describe just how pleased I am with them. They are such quality! I especially notice it in the frying pans: I cook on gas which is notorious for being unable to maintain a simmer so I do still have to use my Simmer Mat, but these new pans fry over all the surface at the same heat so you don’t get hot spots and have to keep moving the meat etc around all the time – one benefit of this being the nice bits of browning produced. It enables you to do other things too, like making a sauce or a salad while the meat is cooking since it doesn’t have to be watched so carefully.Maybe it’s my imagination, but the pots seem to respond more quickly to upping or lowering the temperature too, perhaps for the same reason. And the big Dutch oven! If you’re an avid jam maker, you’ll be in jam heaven! Again, no hot spots. So much less chance of the jam ‘catching’, so less worry about whether to stir or not, just Is It Set Yet??The only downsides I’ve encountered so far are firstly, that they don’t have a vent in the lid, and also that the lid handles can get quite hot. And secondly, these pots are not light-weight, but they’re not going to be considering the specifics of their manufacture, which make them a must for top chefs. It was a lot of money, even though Amazon offered a hefty discount at the time I bought them, but excellent value, and I’m thrilled with this purchase.
