Very good
I upgraded from a kitchen aid that died during on the job. This machine is super powerful and well worth the money. Feels sturdy and looks it’ll last a long time hopefully. Easy to use and clean. It’s a little bigger then my old one but that’s ok its still easy to store and handle. It does the job well.

Best immersion blender out there. Hands down.
It took me sooooo incredibly long to find the perfect immersion blender, but this one is IT. I was looking for a BIFL (Buy It For Life) option and this has not disappointed. I will update in a few years and let you know how it’s holding on, but as of now, it’s great.I- t feels incredibly sturdy, plastic parts are minimal (just the handle itself) and the whole immersion part is stainless steel. there’s a little silicone ring on the inside of the immersion snout, but it’s to prevent things from sticking and it’s minimal. I’d be okay if it was all stainless steel, but it’s WAY more than Teflon or a plastic attachment that I’ve seen. We are very concerned with forever chemicals and microplastics making it to out food, and there are concerns with both of those when you’re dealing with hot liquids and high rotation knives – I can’t imagine bits of those wouldn’t make it into your food while blending.- It’s powerful! We barely use much of its power and it does an AMAZING job blending frozen things or soups. The most power we use is to blend meats from cooking broth to make pierogi filling and it still does a good job.Overall, I was looking for a blender to prepare food safely for my baby and this did not disappoint. I’m so glad there are still good quality appliances! I would 100% recommend.

Not perfect but really, overall, quite good!
I had an immersion blender for a few years and it was superb but I didn’t realize at the time that most immersion blenders were not like that. And, so, unfortunately I did not take particular notice of the make and model. I tried about 3 or 4 well-known manufacturer immersion blenders after that one died (a plastic part broke that was part of how the stick stayed on the handle). Returned each of them for they were quite different from my original one; most were too heavy, some were so powerful that I had to have VERY deep container or whatever I was blending would spatter all over – including on me. Real problem with smoothies and w/small batch of Hollaindaise -which, surprisingly to me, is actually a VERY simple thing to me make as long as you don’t have blender that will launch it into space on its lowest setting. So, finally, I found this make/model for a realistic price without a dozen attachments of which I would use only maybe two and it is not as heavy as the others, is easy to operate, medium to very powerful depending on setting you choose, sturdy and easy to clean. So, while it doesn’t replicate my dead stick blender which would still be my preference, it does a quite satisfactory job on soups, smoothies of all sorts, Hollandaise and other sauces.

Very powerful!!
This thing is amazing. Turns food into soup in no time! Has a very nice quality feel. Has a heavy duty feel. The speed knob is a nice touch.

Buy this one.
Con: The head does not fit a standard wide mouthed mason jar.Pro: The head is large enough to process a large amount at once.Con: There is this rubbery substance on the handle with membrane buttons. This will eventually wear out, where as all steel all the way up and tactile buttons would last much longer. This is a very minor con, they actually feel fine.Pro: It has all the power you will ever need, It liquefies smoothies, soups, sauces, (including mayonnaise) and traces soap.Con: If you don’t pay attention to how you connect the blending shaft to the motor there is a definite pinch hazard.Pro: The blending shaft is long for reaching into tall vessels.Pro: It’s corded so you never have to worry about running out of battery, or an internal battery reaching end of life and not being able to be replaced.Pro: It has variable speed and a turbo speed function. The buttons are on when you press and off when you don’t. Simple.Con: It’s expensive.I’d buy another one if I lost this one. It’s the best immersion blender I’ve used.

Shaft broke after 9 uses
First of all let me preface this review by saying that I am usually happy with most things I buy/review on Amazon. I purchased this based on my experience with the All-Clad brand that I have used in commercial kitchens for many years.I bought this unit for home use as my wimpy inexpensive plastic one finally died after 7 years. This unit had great blending power and a powerful motor. It seemed like it was high quality when I received it. It felt fairly heavy in the hand and the motor was very quiet however with only 9 uses the seal that holds the blade rod together fell out and was unusable. There are photos from other reviewers that had the same problem. I was very unhappy due to the cost of the unit. $120.00. Several attempted fixes did not work at correcting the problem permanently and customer service was a hassle so I replaced it with a Vitamix immersion stick blender. If you are looking for quality stick blender I cannot recommend the All-Clad. Spend the extra $30 and get the vitamix, it doesnât fall apart and Iâve had zero problems so far.

We have stand-alone blenders which I always use for soups (transferring from the pot), but my curiosity was piqued by what seemed to me a sudden popularity for hand-held immersion blenders. I know that many friends have enlightened me since that they have been popular for a long time now actually. I did some research, found that this All-Clad Immersion blender consistently received the highest ratings and ordered it. I am so exceptionally glad I did! I used it the day I received it and was blown away by how much better it is than the stand-alone blender I had been using for so, so many years. It is fast, easy to handle, powerful and easy to clean. I definitely am delighted to recommend it!

We love it! Really nothing to dislike about this All-Clad immersion hand blender. It is extremely powerful but the dial at the top allows you to easily control the speed of the blade to suit any blending task and any food density. We had other domestic immersion blender before that lasted for few years before the motor stoped working, but none of them was as powerful and as robust. At this price point ($100 to $120 CAD, 2019) it maybe double the price of other non-commercial hand immersion blenders, but after the first used it was clear thar it is worth every penny. It is slightly on the heavy side, (a a direct result of the big powerful, 600W motor and sturdy construction) but for the same reason we complete any blending task twice as fast than any other non-commercial-use blender we used before.

I was so excited to find this immersion blender by All-Clad. I had been looking to replace my old All-Clad immersion blender since my husband accidentally broke. It was 13 years old and had always worked great so I wanted the same brand. This new All-Clad blender is so much more powerful. I made a cream of zucchini soup with it and it made short work of blending up all the zucchini. Ithas a nice long handle that allows for use ina large stock pot. I am please. The only downfall (if you could call it that) is I cut myself cleaning it….it is far sharper than my old one too so be very careful. Otherwise it was a great purchase at a great price.
