Makes Amazing Chicken Shawarma!
This set works incredibly well for making chicken shawarma in the oven. It was also easy to clean afterwards and the chicken came out tasting amazing! The fact that you also get 2 silicone brushes to baste with is an insane value considering this was already a cheap set to begin with!

This is definitely something Iâll only use a couple times a year. So I wanted something that would neatly collapse and store deep in a drawer.It did that well, albeit with a bit of gentle and specific manipulating of the screwed in base. It cleans super easy and Iâll see it again in several months.

Wish I’d ordered a larger pan so I could get a spoon in to baste. Other than that, pan is great! After soaking, cleaned up easily. Not expensive, so may order larger one. I made chicken shwarma – will try pork al pastor next.

I havenât had a good Shawarma in about 20 years. A friend told me I can make it at home and sent me a video. I searched for an oven skewer on a stand and bought this one. It worked perfectly. There are no instructions but it is self explanatory. The plate spins well on top of the pan with the weight of the chicken on it, for easy cutting. I was worried it would be hard to scrub but it was very easy to clean! Everything came right off. The skewers are very sharp and pierced the chicken with ease. Highly recommend!

Great for multiple gyro type meals
I used this for making chicken gyro. I plan to use it for pork as well. I believe itâs a great way to marinate meat that you pile up on this for the oven. My only thought to users is that despite getting a great charr on the exterior portions of the meat (that is exposed to the oven heat), once you start slicing it away, you realize you need to put it back in for more charring on the cut meat still on the metal. I plan to still use, slice all the meat and put back in over for broiling to get that yummy char on all that meat. Love the accessories that came with my order.
