What you get are two very nice sized, fairly heavy duty longer loaf pans. When I took them out of the packaging my first thought was, “hmm, they look like someone split a cake pan down the middle.” This opened up a lot of possibilities, and on my “try it” list is to make 2 narrow cakes, split them length wise and make a long, narrow 4 layer cake. But for now…they are the perfect pans for casseroles/hot dishes!In our house we have a bit of a difference of opinion on what goes into certain basic casseroles. Take for example the classic tater tot casserole. What’s his name can’t tolerate corn and for me the suggestion of any other veg in it is a travesty. With these two identical pans I can make one batch and mix corn into one half and green beans (the horror, I know) into the other half.The non-stick claim is quite true as you can see. Clean up is a breeze.

Big loaves for my wife’s even bigger sourdough addiction
To be honest, I’m really tired of bread. Especially sourdough. It’s insane to think one could become weary over the constant barrage of buttery, steamy-fresh dough being thrown at you like soft, decadent grenades on the battlefield at Gluten Ridge. My evil plan was to get her extra large bread pans so the intense labor of making so much more bread in lesser quantities would exhaust her to utter defeat. No! I was painfully wrong. Now she’s using both of these nonstick wonder pans to give away even more bread! As I peek around the corner and witness her flour-laden hands kneed dough as only a drunken wizard could, her grin grows to wicked proportions as the finished loaf slides easily out of the pan on the countertop, where it releases all 13 inches of its tantalizing and addictive fumes. Her smile only continues to grow to frightening proportions as she too easily cleans each durable pan in seconds and sets them to dry, rust-free I add, on our poor, overworked dish drainer.Unless you wish to be assaulted by a fascinating and gratuitous yield of hot, yeasty bread (or meatloaf even), stay away!

Huge loaf pan!
As my regular loaf pans reached the end of life expectancy, I was in a market for new ones and I came across these. I often bake for a group of people and I don’t like end pieces, these fit the bill!I prepped double batches of coffee cake batter. I wish I kept the regular loaf pan for comparison, but a single batch filled it the same depth the double batches filled this one.I didn’t check for non-stick feature properly, but during the transportation it was tilted and I noticed the cake was off one side of the wall.When I try another batch and see something else, I will update the review.

Family size
These pans are great for making larger family size loafs. Was able to bake with the tin no problem. Loaves came out easily thanks so the non stick surface. Easy to hand wash to clean too. Happy with this pan.
