Received this product as a gift previously. The metal part broke off…part that metal is connected to gets moisture on this section every time item is used. I just ordered another set because it’s a very good product to make bread dough, or other mixes by hand manually. it’s ok for the price and in my opionion, if it breaks, just dispose and replace. For the price, item does the work easily vs. using a wooden or plastic large spoon. Satisfied with item and it lasted about a year.

I love my whisk. Iâve used it to make cakes, muffins, coffee cakes and will use it for other baked goods. This is so much easier to use than a mixer, either hand or stand. I just pull it out of the drawer and mix, no dragging out the stand mixer or looking for the beaters for the hand mixer. I think it it makes it easier to thorougly mix ingredients too. I gave one to my sister in law and she was surprised how easy it was to use too. Great purchase and highly recommended.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this whisk!! I used it to mix my biscuit dough. I normally mix by hand and its messy and takes a little bit of time. I used this whisk and had it mixed in no time! I have also used it to make mashed potatoes. They were so creamy. I could not believe how smooth they were. I prefer smooth and creamy opposed to lumpy so it worked like a dream for me. I could have left it lumpy, I just chose to keep stirring. Did not take long at all. I’m going to try cookie dough next, and from my experience so far, I am expecting it to be so simplistic and effortless. I gave one to my mother, giving one to my daughter and probably will gift to all my aunts! BEST THING EVER to have in the kitchen. It cleans like a dream and stores so nicely due it its flat shape. Did I mention that I LOVE this whisk!!

Game changer for batter breads
These are great. I hate kneading dough, so I make “spoon bread” or batter bread. I don’t have a standing mixer, and I’d almost given up on the endeavor because using a wooden spoon to stir thick dough is almost as annoying to me as kneading. Everything changed when I got this tool. When the dough is a mass of sticky elemental goo, this tool actually allows you to mix it. The first one I bought from another vendor – at TWICE the PRICE – broke (wire separated from wood) after 6 uses. This one hasn’t broken yet. But keep in mind that the joint where the wire is glued into the wood is a vulnerable spot. When you’re stirring something really thick and heavy, all of the pressure between the dough and your arm is being brought to bear on that tiny spot where the wood and the wire connect. If it does come loose, all you have to do is epoxy or gorilla glue it back in place – BUT you want to have a back up (that’s why having 2 is wise), because having that sucker come loose when you’re working against the clock trying to get 4 pounds of goo into the oven is a drag. But so far, this vendor’s have NOT broken.
