    It’s very easy to clean.
It cleans like a dream. I made banana nut bread in it, and learned a valuable lesson. If you’re making a sweet bread, you should let it cool in the pan a bit before taking it out. Being silicone, it doesn’t hurt the bread to stay in the pan for a bit. I tried to remove the loaf right out of the oven, as one does in a normal pan when lined with parchment paper, and the loaf split and tore apart. I wasn’t happy, but later, when I went to clean up, the bottom half of the loaf literally slid out. And any crumbs that may stay on it pop off if you press in from the sides or bottom. I’m going to try it again, just to be sure, but I’m pretty sure it will work very nicely.

    Works great!
I decided to try my new pan out on Super Bowl Sunday. I made meatball sliders, and they turned out great! I always line my pan with parchment paper for this recipe as it makes it easy to remove all the sliders at once so they can be put on a serving plate. I don’t think parchment paper is necessary in this pan for other recipes as it is made of silicone and is non-stick. Next time I will try making meat loaf and see how it turns out. I anticipate it will do a great job and be easy to clean afterwards. The pan is well made of food-grade silicone, with a metal frame to give it structure. I’ve had silicone pans in the past and didn’t like them because they were too floppy. Not the case with this pan. They say it is dishwasher safe, but I always wash my pans by hand in hot soapy water. It’s nice to know I can put it in the dishwasher if I choose to. The pan does collapse somewhat but doesn’t fold flat as I had hoped. Other baking pans fit inside of it, so it’s not an issue for me.NOTE: Read the care instructions that come with the pan. It says: Place the loaf pan on a sturdy baking sheet before filling it. This will make transferring it to the oven much easier, especially when the pan is filled with batter. One of the photos advertising this pan shows the pan directly on the oven rack. Had I not read the instructions I would have tried putting in directly on the oven rack. In my case, I put the filled pan on a cookie sheet before putting it in the oven.

    Nothing stuck!
This is my first time using a silicone bread pan and I wasn’t disappointed.I made banana bread and lightly oiled the pan with coconut oil before baking. The loaf came out in one piece and released with no effort at all. The second picture shows the pan before cleaning. It was a breeze to clean.I wouldn’t recommend pushing down the sides for removal though as it smooshed the still warm loaf. It’s a little larger than other loaf pans I have which would allow for larger loaves.I look forward to using it for future baking.

Definitely non-stick for sticky dough, but poor browning
This pan does a fantastic job for sticky or sweet breads. The silicone does as expected, with zero sticking. I did an excellent job on pull-apart or “monkey-bread” and bakes banana, pumpkin, and cinnamon raisin bread wonderfully. However, it didn’t do very well at all with a normal loaf of white bread. Though well browned on top and fully up to the done temperature, the bread didn’t brown on the sides and bottom. It browned so poorly, in fact, that the sides didn’t have the structure to support the cooled loaf. I’m giving it four stars since it does a good job on sticky, sweet doughs. Sticky is what silicone is about, so this pan does manage that well.

    Perfect for making quick breads
I always make chocolate zucchini bread to give to neighbors. The worst part is getting it out of a metal pan. This is fantastic. It has the structure of a metal pan because of the handle and frame being made out of steel. The silicone is a little thinner than I am used to, but it didn’t affect the loaf coming out at all. The only thing I didn’t like was that it doesn’t fold as easily as I was expecting. Still a wonderful bread pan.

    Great Bread Pan!
This is a great bread pan for baking- the silicone is so easy to clean! I am also loving the metal handles and frame around the pan- it definitely provides some support and sturdiness when taking the pan in and out of the oven, and I love how you can just push up on the silicone bottom and the bread pops right out!

Great for Shokupan (Milk Bread) and Loaf Cakes
I really liked the size and the squared off corners of this silicone pan. It is perfect for creating more of a sandwich bread loaf. Or when you need to bake a smaller cake. Cornbread.I’ve just used it for Shokupan or Japanese Milk Bread where you roll 3 pieces of dough and place them into the pan in a row. It’s a really light and airy bread. My one concern would be the thinness of the silicone and how you’re moving the pan around your kitchen / to the oven. I do like the metal frame that is built into the pan as it makes it much easier to grip. Just make sure to clean all the nooks and crannies around the frame really well. It also stores well. This is a good addition for bread bakers.

    Great loaf pan
I like that this silicone pan has a metal frame. It makes it a lot easier to handle and remove from the oven. I also like that the silicone is smooth, so it doesn’t leave a texture on the bread. The pan is rated for up to 450 degrees and so far, no issues with that. It’s also easy to clean which is great and the silicone bottom is collapsible for storage. This is definitely convenient since we are relatively short on storage space.
