The paper is already cut and fits many dishes and is easy to cut to size I need. I use this in place of aluminum when I cook and save oil. Easy and eliminates the cleaning and washing time. Price is good too.

It’s parchment paper
I haven’t used parchment paper in the past for baking. Ordered these to see if it would be better than non-stick bakeware. I tested with scones, and the bottoms came out the perfect color and texture, maybe a little better than the cookware without parchment. The parchment absorbed quite a bit of the butter, so the area around each scone was wet/greasy. I’m not sure if that’s the way it’s supposed to work or not.These come gently folded in half in a vacuum sealed plastic bag. They aren’t creased which is nice, but it’s not the most convenient storage method. Even a zip-lock bag would have made these easier to dispense.

Perfect all around
Perfect size for any baking tray and helps keep mine mess free! These are so much more convenient than the roll. I enjoy having paper precut rather than having to mess with the horrible cutter on traditional parchment paper rolls. These are also an awesome value for price so I will be sticking with these from now on!
