HUGE SUBSTANTIAL BLADE & Ergonomic Handle
I bought 2 sizes of this knife. I’m a vegan, and most of my chopping/cutting is done with a with a thinner blade for smaller cuts. But these knives have a large blade that is fabulous for cutting thru thicker items (for me) like heads of cabbage, frozen foods, etc.. I find it too bulky and blade too thick for the super thin slicing I’m used to. I was very selective on the handle because of arthritic type issues – not too heavy, easy to grip wide handle. Would def recommend for home use or gift!

Absolutely worth the price
I’ve been training as a chef and wanted an inexpensive knife to learn on. I didn’t want to worry about messing up the blade sharpening it or ruining a well made wooden handle by tossing it in the dishwasherThis is the perfect knife for what I need it for. The metal is fairly soft and it needs to be sharpened a couple times a day at work, but it always gets the job done.Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for something cheap and functional.

No more smashed knuckles.
Blade height is fantastic. This knife allows me chop and hold the knife how it is comfortable to cut, not what keeps me from smacking my knuckles into the cutting board. Will need to invest in a sharpener as this very economical knife is not holding an edge as well as expensive knives but a small price to pay for a knife that makes cooking easier.

It was sharp for about a week. I take good care of my knives and this one isn’t near as good as I expected it to be. It’s says carbon steel. I have my doubts about that. It was inexpensive. That’s the only good thing I can say about it.
