The size the rubber on the back it’s perfect
The only thing that I find a little foolish is that they have one for every different item like food fish whatever potatoes bread I don’t need all that I just need the cutting sheets so whatever I’m using it for I wash them I also put them in the dishwasher so it doesn’t matter what I use for food matter on The Cutting sheets they’re perfect. The Cutting ability is great it doesn’t ruin my knives, the thickness is excellent they’re very easy to use and the appearance of the pastel colors of these things. I’m quite happy with them they compliment my kitchen. Also the pricing is excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice these cutting mats are. They’re relatively thick compared to others Iâve use and have held up to daily use over the last two months. The anti-skid backing is really effectiveâwasnât sure if I was going to like it since I canât use both sides, but itâs a nice featureâand theyâve washed up nicely in the dishwasher.

These are excellent cutting mats. My other ones Iâve had for years finally were ready to replace so I got these and theyâre great!!! Good quality that you can use on both sides.Also a great idea to have the little cutout at the top side. I can now keep them hanging inside my cabinet door and theyâre easy to reach! A good deal as you get seven of the mats so I gave my son a couple and he likes them too! Itâs so much easier to chop what you need on the mat and then fold it and carry everything over to the pan! Itâs a time saver thatâs for sure! Iâve got several of my friends switched over to these and they donât know what they did without them!An excellent buy and a must have for your kitchen! Makes a nice gift too!

I love this product! I ordered these cutting boards for my house and they have been a great addition. They are super easy to store, have a great aesthetic, and because it comes with seven you are able to have more cutting space. The non-slip on the back has also been a huge help while making meals. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great for saving the knives, but it is so “givey” it takes more force to cut resistant items. Very slippery cutting surface so be careful. Not sure why the hanging cut-out is an improvement; they’d each need a seperate hook, as when damp they attract with acclusion and stick together.About the underside: it is a raised array of tiny squares, in a pliant rubber grid which helps prevent slippage on the underside. The thickness takes a bit of a Learning Curve to wrangle!And will not allow flipping and cutting on both sides, as typical mats do.Truthfully, Il go back to the simple flat mats next kitchen purchase.HOWEVER l’m going to take one mat out to try at my potting bench in the garden. I suspect it will be a great addition when potting flowers, and help with excess soil clean-up!
