A few swipes on the sharpening steel for maintenance is all Iâve had to do. I like this knife so much that I have been replacing my old knives with other pieces of this collection. A bit heavy
The knife is decently made. The blade is a nice shape and very sharp out of the box. The downside is that it is a bit heavy with a handle that seems a little larger than it needs to be,in my opinion. I do large quantity of food prep work so I don’t believe I would feel comfortable reaching for this tool often. I will probably gift it because it’s still a good tool,just not for for the application I would need. Definitely worth the money I paid since it was marked down from the original price.

Great knife
I love to cook and pretty much make dinner for my family every day. Iâve only had the knife for a short time but I love it. The weight, the balance are perfect for me. The handle fits so well into my hand the knife has a very comfortable feel. And yes itâs sharp as heck. I never put my knives in the dishwasher but I hand wash them right after using. I hope this knife holds up because I love it.
