I mainly will use it to make whipped cream and certain icings for cakes and cupcakes.Overall I’m very happy with this item and it works as it should. The price at about $16 when I got it is well worth it for me.As a Vine reviewer I try to provide good information. My scale:Most things will start at 4 stars.It gets that extra star only if it is outstanding.It loses stars for issues- bad sizing, poor quality.One star if is is not suitable for purpose or for gross misrepresentation.

A solid mixer paddle for everyday use
I have had my commercial stand up mixer for a very long time and have used so many different types of paddles from plastic to coated. I really like this stainless steel attachment and I really think that it will be my go to attachment from now on. It makes heating or cooling of the mixture more precise, which can be important in some recipes. It cleans with ease, especially if you have a sprayer. It also seems to mix all the ingredients more evenly and very quickly. The big plus is the fact that I can put it in the dishwasher (I sanitize everything) and it does not oxidize. Yea! So there will no longer be a first batch of cookies, cakes, desserts with the nasty dark stain from the stuff that would rub off my previous metal attachment. I should have purchased one of these a long time ago.

This is easy to clean itâs stainless steel so it will not rust. It fits on the blender well and itâs priced reasonably cheap. Compared to another dough hook this one I am robbing this review about is a little different and does not work as well as the other one I have. In the photo of the two side-by-side the one this review is for is on the right and the one that works better is on the left you can see the difference in the shape. The one this review is for in my opinion it is too straight. You can clearly see the photos the one on the left works better than my situation it does. The length of both hooks are the same a little over 7 inches. Iâm using this in a five quart bowl lift kitchenAid mixer at the moment having to use a bowl that is for a 5 quart tilt head KitchenAid mixer.

Forever paddle, no blemishes from dishwasher
I got this to replace an aging aluminum paddle with a silicon edge that is chipping. I noticed that I scrape down the bowl no matter what I am making even with the silicon edge and I wanted something that could go in the dishwasher 7-800 times without a problem.There is some clearance on the edge of the paddle, just like all the others that do not have a silicon scraper but it works great anyway. I have put this in the dishwasher 5-6 times already before I took the pictures, so the stainless holds up well. Better than the KitchenAid part
This is a well made accessory. Better than the KitchenAid equivalent, actually. It fits just the way it should, connecting easily to the post on the mixer. My wife was very pleased with it. The edges seemed to cut through the materials being mixed more than the older attachment. We’re quite pleased with it.
