These set of whisks are super easy to clean either by hand or in dishwasher. Mixing salad dressing or one egg these whisks are great. I had difficulty thoroughly mixing one egg with a fork when I needed to do it on the fly while pan was getting overheated (yes, if I had mixed the egg ahead of time, it would be mixed well, but then I’d have to give it another quick beat before adding to hot pan). These whisks save me the second beat thus save me time.
