Nice paring knives
They are very small and feel light they would break after usage. They are sharp but I havenât used them on items such as carrots

Nice set of knives for lunches
I wanted a knife for my lunches that wasn’t a hazard for cutting myself. These knives can cut skin, but they take quite a bit more effort than a steel knife. They seem lighter than what a steel knife would weigh also. I like the green color but mainly they cut through whatever I’ve needed them to. Mostly some fruit and vegetables but they did pretty good on some sausage too. They knife blades are about 3″ so some larger items have to cut around rather than directly through. But they pack really nicely and the blade cover is perfect. The ceramic blades are really thin. I haven’t had issues with any snapping but I do not torque down on them either – I saw through whatever I’m cutting. I haven’t had them long, but the set of 6 was barely any higher than a set of 3. Highly recommend.

These snap and break very easily
These knives are very small and although they are cute â they break, very, very easily. I had a valentines Charcuterie class yesterday and three broke in front of me. They just snapped and the blade went flying on all three while cutting brie of all cheeses. The Cheese was soft and it was embarrassing and dangerous. I do not recommend these knives for anything. I bought them because I liked the fact that they were pink for my class, but it is not worth having one of your guests get cut or even yourself. They have some sort of design flaw. Do not risk it.

Ceramic blades
Sharp as a razor blade. Better than a metal blade that gets dull. We use them all the time. If they are in the dishwasher I am forced to use our other metal knives and realize how much nicer it is to use ceramic blades.

Thinner than I thought theyâd be
They havenât broken yet but they are very dainty pairing knives. I wouldnât use this for anything too tough. That being said, very affordable and sleek with matching Sleeves for the blades which are super cute.
