Giving this a three star for several reasons. The size is ideal for large eggs. Eventhough it says itâs preseasoned I needed to add about another 4 layers of seasoning through cooking before it became nonstick enough to not destroy an over easy egg. Since the initial seasoning I did Iâve been enjoying the pan. Only issue I have is that the handle gets hot very quickly. The product did have some black soot residue but I just washed it off with some mild soap and water when first opening the pan. Then I heated up boiler some water and added a layer of seasoning.
