I baked individual, homemade banana puddings, as well as individual strawberry cakes for two holiday celebrations approx 3 hours from home. These mini tins with clear covers made the desserts travel well, came with sporks for quick serving that was already portioned, no dessert dishes to wash at the festivities, and made quite an impression. One person complimented how personal it made the dessert feel. Another remarked that she didnât know I had made them and thought Iâd bought them because they were so pretty. (They were not decorated fancy, but the tins and dome covers gave the impression the items were from a specialty store). My only complaint was the lip of the tin would sometimes fold down if the dome didnât quite align and I pushed down to snap them together. But that didnât take away the wow factor. None had to be tossed and the lip was easily bent back upward, manually. Iâd buy them again for any occasion. Theyâd be an extra touch to any event or gifting idea (teacher treats).

I needed disposable containers because I planned to make creme brulee for a party and didnât want to stock up on extra ramekins. These worked so well and actually held up just fine with the torch. The sides did get hot but I turned it every now and then as I was torching. The sporks came in handy. I also had plenty leftover so used the lids to store them in the fridge. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased these 5oz Muffin Tins with Lids, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I used them to bake a tres leches cake, and it turned out wonderfully. One of the main reasons I love these tins is that the milk didn’t spill out of this very milky cake, unlike my previous experiences with other pans. As someone who has made tres leches cakes before, I can attest that they can be messy, but these tins took all the stress away. The cake baked perfectly in the tin, and the dome lid allowed me to decorate and transport the tres leches cupcakes with ease. My only minor issue was that I had to be mindful of frosting too high because my design got squished a little, but honestly, that was the least of my worries because the overall experience with these tins was excellent. Highly recommended!
