Blender base and cups fit perfect
My daughter makes smoothies everyday and wore out the original blender base/blade (bearings and seals went completely bad). She thought the Ninja blender was bad but I tested the original blender base with water and it was completely bad blowing water through the seals, bearings and into the cup. I tested the new unit making a smoothie and it worked great!

Started leaking after 3 months but replaced at no cost
I bought it on Aug 20, 2024 and for the past month the blade attachment has been leaking out the bottom and now itâs starting to rust (even though I clean it after every use). I know the return period is 30 days, but I think itâs reasonable to expect the item to last more than a couple of months.Update: After I reached out, Equust replaced it at no cost and I had it within a few days. Very good customer service and I’m pleased with the speed of the replacement coming.

Rusts
Needed to purchase a new blade to replace the original one weâve had for the past eight years. I donât know how or why, but this blade cap rusts. And not in the place youâd think! The blade itself is fine, but the underside, or outside, of the cap constantly dries leaving what I can only describe as rusty water everywhere. Weâve checked for leaks or exposed components at the base of the attachment but havenât found anything obvious that we can see that would cause this. The worst part is, no matter what, itâs there to stay. You wash all the rust water off, dry it to the best of your ability, but thereâs always a little water left that leaks out from wherever itâs getting trapped that leaves new dried rust water in its wake.

The cup that came with our ninja blender cracked and being that we drink smoothies everyday we needed a replacement quick! These were the perfect size cup. The blade that came with it didnât fit our blender but I still had the old blade and it fit these cups great so it wasnât really an issue. We should probably order a couple more!
