We were looking for 3 and 5 gallon jug storage for the kitchen and this works perfect. We found that the 5 gallon jugs are kinda sloppy and hard to load and unload so we bought more 3 gallon jugs and just filled the rack with them. 5 stars for 3 gal and 2 stars for 5 gal

Came without the instructions
This came without instructions so I tried to return it, and they told me to keep it. Luckily, after assembling and disassembling then reassembling, I was able to figure it out through the pictures and it works great. Ended up buying another one because I needed one that holds a large 9 and you know what even with instructions. This one was easier to assemble. I might add that my bottles are 3 gallon and they fit Better than the one that holds nine slips, if not, put out a specific angle

I think the angle of how the jugs have to be placed plus the weight makes the water leak through the tops

Not very stable which makes it tough to change out bottles as the whole unit shakes and shifts. The stand has weakened and the angle makes the bottles leak.
