Mirror finish with sturdy racks
I wanted to make Christmas cookies with a cookie press and got these because they were stainless steel and not aluminum. Although my cookie press dexterity was absimal, the cookie sheets were wonderful. They did not warp and cleaned up easily. The racks were perfect for cooling the, unfortunately misshapen, cookies. I will be save using these for cookies and special things.

I am extremely happy with these sheet pans! I bought them in 3 sizes and have used them several times a week and washed them each time in the dishwasher. When I received them, I reached out to the seller and they responded promptly with an answer to my question!They clean up beautifully! Generally, I use a spray oil to prevent stickage, then, if anything has stuck to the pan, I will let it soak in water for 30 minutes or so and they will rinse clean! You can expect nothing less from stainless steel pans! I purchased a set of stainless steel pots and pans when I got married (40 years ago) and they could still pass for new except for the handles. (The handles need to be replaced because the hardware has not held up well from the dishwasher over the years). However, these sheet pans have no hardware that will be affected so they’ll last a lifetime and still look great!

After having these for months, Iâll most likely buy a couple more. They clean well, have held up after multiple trips through dishwasher and are just a solid option. They are a tad expensive which is why I gave it 4 stars. But theyâre solidly made.

My wife and I do a lot of grilling and these work best for steaks! Let me explain.We like to dry (salt) brine steaks in the fridge for a bit in the fridge and this pan works great! Perfect size and works ideal for our use!Once I have the steaks on the grill I take the rack off and put the finished steaks on the pan. No stick and easy to clean.My wife loves them!
