Worked like a charm
I made my first meatloaf in this pan and it worked pretty slick. The meatloaf didnât stick to the pan and was very easy to clean. The insert helps keep the meatloaf from floating in the grease. Once baked I lifted it right out and slid it onto a plate. My only warning is that the handles for the insert can be easily mistaken as handles for the pan. So keep that in mind when removing the meatloaf from the oven. Otherwise I like it.

Love these pans. They make it easy to remove your meatloaf, grease stays at the bottom of the pan and your meatloaf is beautifully intact. Also, makes for easy freezing and storing your meatloaf. Just remove from pan, slide off drip tray, let cool, wrap and freeze.
