Just the right number for a couple of people.I have found this little muffin pan fits perfectly in my countertop convection oven and bakes up this small batch perfectly. I reduced the size of the batter recipes to 1/3 of a regular batch so I wouldn’t have excess batter to deal with. Pour the batter into the silicone liners in the pan, pop it in the oven, and bake the muffins. It takes the same amount of effort to make the goodies but the quantity works for just 1 or 2 people. I am pleased with it and recommend it to folks who want to make small quantities.
