The sharpness of these blades are fantastic! My first use was the large (blue) for cutting a pineapple and it was a breeze!The handle had a good grip, and felt comfortable to hold.I personally like the various colors for the sizes too, and the covers are ideal to protect during storage.Time will tell on how fast they dull, and if they are easy to sharpen or not.

THE BEST! I actually prefer using these over my expensive knife set! They come with a protective sleeve for a reason….these knives are very sharp!! Not suggested for young cooks. Love that they are dishwasher safe.

When I get new knives, it’s typically because my old ones are dull. Since my knives aren’t of very good quality, I tend to replace them frequently. When I first acquired these new knives, they were very sharp and easily sliced through potatoes. I had to be careful to keep my fingers away from the blades. I donât have a block to store the knives, so I’m really glad they come with covers to prevent accidental cuts while they’re stored in the drawer. With these knives, I’m able to cut vegetables very thinly, and I can also use a large knife to slice through a very large piece of meat.

I was overdue for a set of new knives as my old (also inexpensive) ones were no longer as sharp as I’d like. I did maintain their original sharpness over a long period of time with a nifty and super simple knife sharpening tool, but, eventually, the edge would just not stay sharp for long and required constant resharpening.At less than $7.00 for the set of four knives, this is good deal, which is why I took a chance when I ordered them. I’m glad I did as they feel comfortable in my hand and are sharp enough for my infrequent needs and made short work of peeling apples and potatoes, chopping carrots and onions, and slicing thicker cuts of meat and chicken into strips or cubes.I’m hoping they stay sharp for a long while, especially considering that they’re protected by the matching custom sheaths. As I mentioned, I do have a simple knife sharpening tool that I like — an AccuSharp that I purchased here on Amazon — and I think it will work well to keep this set sharp for a good long while.The bright colorful handles add a pop of happy color and make it visually easy to grab the right knife in a flash and the matching protective sheaths protect your hands and the edge of the blade.

I was surprised at how sharp these knives are and theyâve held up well so far. The sheaths are a great safety addition if you donât have a knife block or secure storage. The plastic handles feel a little flimsy when compared to some brands, but the knives are a great value if youâre looking for a basic set. No rusting so far.
