Bought it as a gift, now I want one
It took a few of us to assemble because instructions not great, but overall relatively simple. A highly functional product for those with multiple people in the home or lots of guests. Really organizes and holds a number of dishes, glasses, bowls or pots.

Great space saver with some trade-offs.
At first glance, this three-tier rack looks like a great solution if you don’t have much counter space. And it definitely makes the most vertical space. But there are a couple trade-offs, as you can see in the photos I posted with this review. For one thing, because it is so tall, it’s not going to fit underneath any installed counters that are hanging on the wall. So you’ll have to have it in front of any of those. Secondly, there’s not a lot of height on the lower rack and the middle rack, so you’ll need to use that for flatter pants, coffee cups, and the like. There is plenty of room for plates on the top rack. The one annoying thing about it is assembly. The diagram’s a little sparse and it’s hard to see what some of the close-up illustrations mean. You’d do better to have two people when you put it together because you’re going to need to have someone to hold up the bracing frames on each side while you lock the shelves into place. I did it alone but it was frustrating. If you are the kind of person who piles dishes in a dish rack on top of other dishes, and it just builds higher and higher until it crashes onto the floor? Yes, you should definitely get this. It’s nice to be able to dry so many items at one time, despite the cons I pointed out.

Durable
This product is durable and was easy to assemble. The drain hole is central in the bottom tray so we hope it will drain well. Overall a good addition to our kitchen.

Very Well-Made!
Took me 10 minutes to set up from start to finish. This is a higher quality dish drying rack with a built-in water drain. $39.99 is on the high side but currently on sale for $19.99 making this a fantastic value. Photos show out of box, put together, close ups, holding from top to show stability, looking down, underside, utensil drip tray, towel hooks, and side hooks. This is well thought out and provides a spot for everything. Even comes with a towel! This rack can be used without the bottom drip tray if needed. Would recommend!

Clever idea but really depends on your style of dishes and counter height
Revised review: First it’s pretty easy to assemble although it feels little like playing Jenga when trying to get the two trays on to the frame. But I followed the pictures on the assembly and got it done. Initially I thought it was very small but then I compared it to someone else’s traditional dish drying rack. I was surprised that it wasn’t all that much smaller so I wanted to be fair in my description. But I think it’s the square design and shelf tiers plus dark tones that gives the effect of it being smaller. I wasn’t able to use this on our counters as our old style kitchen cabinets are too low to make the tiers work. So I repurposed it on a cart to hold our pet bowls and coffee mugs and silverware as we have a very tiny kitchen and I have a feeding station to prepare all the dogs bowls. I like the design but it’s not going to work for anyone with low hanging kitchen cabinets. I think it’s attractive and I thought it would make a cute dish rack for a child play house if it came in fun bright colors. But I would recommend people measure the space under your cabinets before ordering. Its definitely a nice alternative to the old plastic dish racks of years past. I recommend it especially if you want a new stylish way to store various items in the kitchen.

Unique is an Understatement . . . Too Unique? Absolutely . . .
This 3 Tier Dish rack is beyond unique. To be honest, I have never seen anything even remotely related to this dish rack. It is definitely made to save space so if you have a small kitchen, this would be a good choice. It was easy to put together–so easy that it was a bit difficult because I have never seen anything like this . To me it looks like a bird cage. I like the tiers aspect of the design, and it is designed to catch every drip from your dishes. I am not certain my pots and pans would find a space to dry out on this rack. It is very small, and to me it is not inviting me to place my clean dishes on it. If you are a chef and use a lot of pots and pans, skip this one because not a whole lot will fit on it. It is a quality product. I simply don’t see this being an efficient dish rack for today’s world.

Good once you get it together
It’s great once you get it together. The instructions aren’t the clearest but I figured it out. It drains well. Holds a lot of utensils. Wish there was a little more room between the top and bottom shelf but all and all it’s a good product

Roomy
It’s roomy enough to take quite a bit of plates and bowls but it doesn’t take up that much space. I love the fact that there’s a drain that leads into the sink because who wants water sitting around? It was very easy to out together and the instructions was a simple 2 page paper with minimal steps. It seems sturdy enough, I was able to hang a chopping board on the side hooks without the whole thing tipping over but I did have things in the main trays as well.
