These pans are very nice! They wash easily and the non stick is really good compared to others Iâve had. These really are non stick. I wouldnât use any kitchen accessories that are stainless steel or metal when scraping off food. Stick with silicon spatulas and tongs or the pans will scratch. The handles are removable and donât lock in tightly so when you grab food out be sure to have a strong grip on the PAN not the red handles. They might come unattached when grabbed. They are a decent price for the quality and size.
