I got these for my wife for xmas, because she eats a lot of egg whites and we go thru spatulas like crazy. Whenever I needed one, they were all dirty. These seem to be really good. They’re firm, yet not stiff. Easy to clean. I’ll probably end up buying another set for her birthday!

These are just the right size and shape for dealing with cookie dough and muffin batter. They aren’t too stiff or so flexible that you can’t scrape out mixing bowls cleanly. I’d like to say they are perfect for pulling bread dough aside to remove the paddle, but alas they have to be greased to do that. For that one job a silicone spatula would be the ticket. These work for everything else I bake.

They’re fine. I had to recall that they were only $10.00 for three of them. A little smaller than I usually use but for the price you can’t beat them. They’re ok for durability. I little to flexible for me than the standard longer ones I usually use.
