These are typical silicone pans. The brownies I made in them didn’t stick too badly, nor did they release super easily. I put the silicone tray on a metal cookie sheet to make it easier to place/remove from the oven.

Poor Packaging But Very Flexible; Product Info In Listing Only
I haven’t had much experience with using silicone pans for baking but from what I have seen, silicone seems to work well. So I decided to give these a try.The two pans BPA-free Silicone pans arrived nested together and (believe it or not) rolled in half and fastened with a cardboard strip. I know there’s a photo with decorated cupcakes all over the listing but the only product items are the two 6-cup pans. There’s no protection & no instructions on the product (definitely not giftable as is). The listing does give pertinent information, eg, you can bake with them up to 446 degrees & they are safe to use in the oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.To my surprise, they do seem made well and durable, as if they could withstand high heat baking in an oven. I know the advantage of silicone is that you don’t have to grease the pans and yet, the baked items pop right out after baking. These should do that without problem and since they have already proved how flexible they are with the shipping, they should also be easy to store; fold them up and stick in a drawer or wherever you have a bit of space.My objection (beyond them being packaged so poorly) is that there is no metal rod around the perimeter. This means that they will not be as stable as others when baking. But they do have a 1/2″ border around the cups and indentations on the two shorter sides that appear to be meant as holders. I’d guess they MIGHT need to be baked on a cookie sheet. You’ll just have to try them out.Most silicone baking pans, regardless of their purpose, cost about $15 or so apiece. At $10 for both of them, that means that these two pans are underpriced. This product might really work for you if you are hunting for reasonably priced muffin pans.
