The utensils hold up under pressure. They are built very well. My only concern is that the little notch system used to attach/separate the pieces is kind of hit or miss. Might work better with a strong magnet instead? Bought 2 sets, 1 for me, 1 for the wife, and 1 of them has a hard time of staying together, which is not that big of a deal since the only time they’re together is when they are being stored. I’d still buy again if I needed to.
